FAQ Fashion Project Designers/ Brand

  • When and where is the event? 28 February Sunday 5pm at Huzzard Studios Perth City
  • What is Fashion Project’s mission? Fashion Project’s mission is to boost the  promotion for emerging and established designers/brand in WA. 
  • What are the requirements for designers to be involve at Fashion Project? Designers are required to have a least one garment/creation for the model to showcase on the runway. 
  • Can the designers have more than one outfit for the models to showcase on the runway? Yes the designers are more than welcome to have more than one garment/creation. 
  • What are the segments on this runway? There are 3 segments. 1. Casual Wear  – T shirt from Models and Pageant with jeans model has to provide. 2. Designer/ Brand Wear – outfit provided by designers. 3.Evening Wear – preferably long dress for female and suit for male.
  • What are the designers expected to do for the event? Since this is promoting about your design/creation Designers/ Brand are expected to promote the event by sharing it on social media, help sell tickets and be in the actual event. 
  • Are the Designers/ Brand Representative gonna walk on the stage? Yes the designers will walk on the stage with the model/models who showcased their work. The host will also talk about you brand during the event. 
  • What if I the Designer/ Brand Representative cannot attend the event? The Designer/ Brand Representative is not required to attend if they have other commitment. As long as the garment is lent on the event that’s fine. Garment will just be returned after the event.
  • If there is a winning model, is  there also an award for the  best designer? Yes there is also an award for the Best Designer/ Brand on the night.
  • Are there rehearsals prior to the event? There is a general rehearsal for models participating in the event. Optional for Designers/ Brand Representative but not necessary as you will be told when to go on stage.
  • How can the Designers/ Brand apply for the Fashion Project? Designers/ Brand can give us their name, contact details, name of their brand, a brief description (such as history, how long it has existed, if you’re a student starting or established business, achievements and etc).   • How much is the registration fee for the Designer/ Brand to join Fashion Project and what is this for? There is a registration fee of $150 to help cover the expenses in running the event such as preparation, admin, venue hire, prizes and more. 
  • How do Designer/Brand confirm their participation for Fashion Project? To confirm participation registration is required and must be paid thru direct bank transfer to MODELS AND PAGEANT BSB- 063097 Acct# 3440 8828
  • Do you accept sponsors? Definitely by becoming a sponsor business get exposures thru the events we do and promotion on social media.
