Models and Pageant a licensed employment agency is headquartered in Perth, Australia ~ where the Indian Ocean meets the vast expanse of tangerine desert. We are Australia’s gateway to Asia and to the big wide world. This is evident in the broad spectrum appeal and looks of our models and talent.
Operated by National Director Edelcita Milan a former Flight Attendant at Emirates who has travelled the world extensively, lived in Asia, Middle East and for 22 years have called Perth Western Australia her home. She has had experience working in the Foreign Service at the Republic of the Philippines. Once a local pageant candidate Edel is a now qualified Mentor, Hair and MakeUp Artist, Photographer and Pageant Coach teaching catwalk, posing, styling and interview. She trains and coaches models and pageant candidates. With her collaborating team she ensures Models and Pageant talents are ready to compete for National and International competitions. She tried her best that your pageant and modelling journey is a seamless process. As a licensed model and talent agent she supplies models to hiring businesses for photography, videography and other commercial work.
Models and Pageant mission is to promote diversity, inclusivity and multiculturalism. We encourage people of different cultural background to pursue their career in modelling and pageantry. Breaking the stereotypical it has no height, no size, no age, no status and no experience required. Everyone is welcome. The only requirement is your willingness.
