Fashion Project General Info

  • What is Fashion Project? Fashion Project is a platform for emerging or established models and designers in WA to showcase their creativity. It is a social project that aims to connect people, help achieve individual’s personal goals and boost one’s confidence. It is also a modelling opportunity for everyone where models present their unique style and personality.
  • How long has this been around? The 1st Fashion Project started in December 2018. Now we are on the 5th editon 
  • When and where is the event? 2nd October Sunday 7pm at Mills Park Centre, Beckenham
  • What is Fashion Project’s mission? Fashion Project’s mission is to boost the  promotion for emerging and established models and designers in WA. Promote diverse modelling and break the stereo-type. Fashion Project is for everyone we promote diversity and inclusivity. 
  • What are the requirements? There are no height, no size, no gender, no experience and no status required. However models under 18 would need to have a parent consent when joining. 
  • What are the models expected to do? Models will be expected to walk the runway doing their best to showcase not just the garments but themselves as well.
  • What are the segments on this runway? There are 3 segments. 1. Casual Wear  – T shirt and denim short/jeans 2. Designer Wear – outfit provided by designers. 3.Evening Wear – model’s pick 
  • Do you accept sponsors? Definitely by becoming a sponsor business get exposures thru the events we do and promotion on social media.   • Who is the organiser for Fashion Project? Models and Pageant a registered business and licensed model agent is the organiser for Fashion Project.
